Jacqlyn Riposo
Jacqlyn Riposo is a Senior Project Manager at Discern Health. She has over a decade of experience in health care policy with a diverse portfolio of federal agencies and nongovernmental clients. She leverages her background in quality measures, evidence-based medicine, and project management to help Discern clients and partners achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Discern, Jacqlyn was a Senior Consultant at The Lewin Group, where she developed evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense, directed systematic evidence reviews, and developed patient/provider education tools. She led the development and ongoing maintenance of CMS clinical quality measures used in outpatient hospital settings. She also produced a white paper for the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) reporting the results of an analysis of the extent to which five major value assessment frameworks addressed NPC’s Guiding Practices.
Jacqlyn also previously worked for nonprofit public health advocacy organizations and medical societies, including the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the Environmental Working Group, and the American Association of Blood Banks. She monitored federal regulatory, legislative, and policy activities and collaborated with stakeholders to develop strategies to address policy changes. She also supported the research efforts of these organizations to use evidence to develop best practices and peer-reviewed publications.
