Summary of the Latest Recommendations from the ASCO Quality Care Symposium

The 2019 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Quality Care Symposium in San Diego, CA presented the latest strategies and methods for quantification of patient experience, provider efficiency, clinical outcomes, and quality and safety in the cancer care field. This year, oncology quality experts focused on topics such as the quality of care across multisite networks, solutions to address equity in cancer care, standardizing care with pathways, and the de-implementation of low-value care.
